This vegan cheesecake is gluten-free, dairy-free and delicious! The cheesecake layer is made with premium cashews, sweetened lightly with unrefined palm sugar for the butterscotch flavour. The gluten-free crust is made with ground almonds and toasted coconut. The topping is finished with toasted coconut crumble.
