Membership
- Enrolment is free and valid for a lifetime.
- Each customer can only have one membership account. Accounts are non-transferable, and points are exclusive to the account holder.
Earning Points
- Points are earned based on every S$1 spent.
- In-store: membership must be mentioned to staff before payment.
- Online: points are only awarded when logged into the membership portal at cedele.com.
- Points cannot be added or adjusted after a purchase is completed.
Redeeming Rewards
- In-store perks can only be redeemed at Cedele outlets.
- Online perks can only be redeemed at cedele.com.
- Welcome vouchers are valid for 90 days from issuance.
- Rewards redeemed with points are valid for 30 days.
- Redeemed rewards are non-stackable, non-extendable, non-refundable, non-convertible and cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
Referral Programme
- Referral vouchers are valid for 90 days.
- A minimum spend requirement of $50 applies to the referred friend.
- Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers.
