Order Terms & Conditions and Delivery Charges

Christmas 2024

Festive Peak Period T&Cs (From 22nd-25th Dec 2024)

Free Delivery

  • For orders $380 and above
  • Minimum spend of $180 per order is required for delivery service to be arranged.
  • Delivery Fee

    (Per order, per location)
  • From 8am to 8pm - $40
  • Additional surcharge of $48 applies for deliveries to Tuas, Sentosa, Jurong Shipyard, Jurong Port and Lim Chu Kang
  • Order Cancellation or Changes

    • After payment, changes or cancellation of items ordered are not allowed. We will not be refunding the full amount of your order after cancellation.
    • An administrative fee of $20 will be levied for amendments to confirmed order date/time/address (delivery or self-pick-up).
    • Strictly NO amendments after 17th December 2024, 4pm for all advanced orders received.
    • Allow for 60 minutes grace period to delivery time due to traffic road condition or unforeseen situation.
    • An additional re-delivery fee will be charged if there was no recipient to receive the food ordered upon delivery to the address.

    Other Christmas T&Cs

    Only 1 delivery location will be assigned to 1 transaction. Not applicable with any other promotions, offers, discounts. The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions herein without prior notice and all decisions made by the management are final. Promotion is valid while stocks last. Only applicable on festive products.

    Chinese New Year 2025

    General Order Changes or Cancellation T&Cs

    • We are sorry to inform you that cancellations are not allowed.
    • Any request for change(s) made 48 hours before the scheduled time of delivery/self-collection is strictly not possible and non-negotiable, particularly for customized items or items not on our regular scheduled productions.
    • Our food items are presented on disposable packaging; prices exclude set-ups and decorative items.
    • We endeavour to get your food to you on time. Delivery times are usually within the 2 hours time slot you have selected. Please allow an additional grace period of 1 hour after your preferred delivery time slot for unforeseen weather and traffic conditions. While we endeavour to fulfil all deliveries, The Bakery Depot Pte Ltd shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or due to the absence of the recipient or wrong address given. Charges for re-delivery applies.

    Delivery

    TIME

    • Our cut-off time for advanced delivery and pickup orders is at 4PM, two days prior to the chosen fulfilment date.
    • We deliver daily from 8AM - 8PM
    • Collection at outlet between 11AM - 7PM on the respective outlet's operating days.
    • Surcharge of $20 is applicable for specific time delivery (within 30 minutes allowance).
    • Surcharge is applicable for delivery before 8AM and after 8PM.
    • Please kindly contact us at WhatsApp with your Order number for specific time / before 8am deliveries request.

    FEE PER ORDER 

    • Quantity for Delivery: Spend a minimum of $50 in one order.
    • Delivery Fee (per order, per location): $18.
    • Free Delivery: Spend a minimum of $100 in one order.
    • Surcharge(s): $25 location fee will apply for delivery to Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island, Jurong Shipyard, Jurong Port and Lim Chu Kang.
    • As hospitals and hotels have tight restrictions on delivery drop offs, please arrange to pick up at the concierge or lobby when the driver arrives.
    • We revise the above fees for Christmas and Chinese New Year. Please see the respective seasonal catalogue details for more information during these periods.
    • If your postal code is not registered in our system, please contact us via WhatsApp.

    *Surcharge(s) applies to orders that qualify for free delivery.

    Same Day & Next Day Delivery/Pickup

    • Please ensure you do not mix the Same Day Delivery or Next Day Delivery product listings with our regular product listings when checking out.
    • Spend $100 and get delivery free.
    • Same day pickup is available ONLY at Novena Square, Guoco Tower, Greenwich V, The Star Vista, Parkway Parade, Marina Bay Financial Centre, Great World, and HillV2 outlets.
    • For same day delivery cakes, wordings on the cake will NOT be available.
    • Specific time delivery is NOT available for same day delivery.
    • Last order for Same Day Delivery/Pickup is at 5pm each day. Orders placed after 5pm will be cancelled and refunded.

    Price/Payment/Promotion

    • Prices shown are inclusive of 9% GST.
    • Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.
    • Payment can be made via debit/credit card or by company cheque or bank transfer.
    • For payment via credit cards, full payment upon confirmation of order is required.
    • For payment via company cheque or bank transfer, please contact us via WhatsApp.
    • Not valid for any further discounts including tenant passes and vouchers.

    Cake Decoration Disclaimer

    • While we endeavour to accommodate to your cake wordings and decoration, please note we cannot guarantee the same quality 100% of the time as they are handwritten. 
    • No refund will be made in this instance. You can also request a "Happy Birthday" tag in lieu of a handwritted cake message. We thank you in advance for your understanding. 
    • Message on cakes are only available for the Whole Cakes catalogue and on advanced orders.
    • Messages on cakes are limited to 30 English characters OR 10 Chinese characters.
