The Rosemary Chicken Sandwich (above, left), our best-selling sandwich, was first introduced in 1999 in the CBD area; many of the sandwiches available then were mostly processed, but Cedele’s was and continues to be made from scratch, using a rather long process! The Grilled Beetroot Avocado Burger (right) was designed in 2009 to be a 100% plant-based recipe to incorporate low fat, fibre and essential nutrients.
Designed to be free of trans-fat and added artificial additives, Cedele’s food is crafted to be the best balance of taste and health. Only olive oil is used in our cooking, and wholegrains like quinoa, brown rice and whole foods are consciously introduced into our recipes.
