Our breads are crafted fresh daily with the highest quality ingredients by our passionate bakers who strive to perfect ageless traditional recipes while adapting them for a modern consumer. Perfected since 1997, our loaves are the best thing since, well, sliced bread.
Our pastries, cookies, and other desserts are baked fresh in-house each day by hand using organic unrefined sugar, no artificial trans-fat, and with all things nostalgic and delicious. We work with local suppliers and source as many fresh ingredients as we can directly from farmers. Our bakes are inspired and composed of modern French-style pastries, American flavours, and local influences, so there's always something for everyone.
